Trouble w/ Craftables Enabler Script mod. NOT a creator.

Hi. I am not a creator or modder in ANY way. I am new to even using mods & have never used any in Sims yet (am in process of downloading ones I want to use from various sites). I only registered at this site bcuz of a problem I ran across with a mod from a member whose mod led me here. I was on the Mod the Sims site and wanted to upload some cc paintings mods from a user there called Havem, but the description said the mods wouldn't work without the script mod Craftables Enabler Script by Andrew (a member here & Tech Lead). I am completely lost as to how to pm him & am pretty tech illiterate. I read the rules & have no idea where to post this inquiry, given it is a site for modders who make mods, not just those who want to use them & aren't sure what they're doing. So, please 4give me. To outline my issue, I clicked "Download" & a window popped up with the mod link. I clicked that, which, in mods on the other site, usually leads to another pop up window for me to extract the mod's zip files to a chosen area (Sims 4-Mods-Packages or Overrides or anything else, maybe Script mods?). That didn't happen here. Instead, a window popped up asking me what program I wanted to either use that was already in my PC or that I could obtain from the shop. I had no idea what to use. I don't know enough about mods to understand. I am not sure how to proceed to get this mod that the other mods I want relies on. Any advice or questions about my computer & programs are welcomed. Sorry for the long post, but I ramble when flustered, &, often, even when I'm not.
