maya, the problem with doing that is that creators sometimes change their policy. If Studio adds them to the list and they change their policy it becomes Studio's responsibility to update the list accordingly. Since that person wouldn't be notifying Studio of their policy change, and wouldn't even know their name is on our list, this update would not occur in a timely manner if it occurred at all. That wouldn't be fair to the creator in question because our list would be telling people to go ahead and recolor their stuff long after they decided they didn't want to allow recoloring anymore.
