Creators Who Allow Recolors of Their Meshes

Thank you Julie for permission to recolor, only trouble is I was unable to when I tried too :(

This was the mod I wanted to change the tie color to yellow, light bright green, dark green and pink but I had trouble using Sims 4 Studio :(
