When I don't retopologize my meshes they usually look really nice when you change the weights on a sim, however messy the mesh actually is. But when I do this extra step, it seems to mess the mesh up. I tried doing a smooth weight transfer as well but that didn't seem to solve anything. Does anyone who retopoligzes meshes know what to do? here is this package and here is the blend

hey, nice mesh! :D I think your problem is the uv_1 but I'm not 100% sure. Did you do the subsurface modifier trick with the uv_1 transfer too? Also when I downloaded the .blend it's empty so I had to export it from the .package, but it'd help if you could reupload .blend (unless it's just me who can't open it? :s)
