I was trying out the skirt shortening tutorial and got this result: So that top part that looks out of place. How do i fix that?

i don't understand the problem you're having. the package looks fine to me. can you go into a little bit more detail what's wrong? also, we'll need the blend file.

Maybe this helps. My headgear has the same shadow effect that i cant get rid of.

Hi there retrogamer Your posts make little sense. We ask you what is the issue, and you post a screenshot that is completely out of context and irrelevant. As Anna said, the package looks fine (if not badly cut with remaining vertices here and there). Please give us a proper explanation of what is in your opinion the problem on this mesh. You can edit your screenshots to circle the issue for example.

I'm looking at your package, please read the following: - You're missing to close the bottom part of the skirt. If you don't, then everythingwill be transparent in game when looking down up. Or when she's sitting. Please read this TUTORIAL- You need to fix the shadow texture to fit the modification you did to the mesh. Please read the following TUTORIAL for that.
