Hello! I really wanted the skirt (on its own) of the Myla set by Simpliacity so I decided to do it myself for my personal use. I have no experience at all dealing with meshes, Blender, S4S etc. so I followed tutorials. Today, I finally managed to do it but I don't know why, it won't show up in my game (I checked every single category, everyday, men, women etc.) I can take screenshots if it helps you understand where the problem is. The only changes I made : - I duplicated the package, exported the mesh, edited it in Blender, imported the edited mesh. I didn't change the LOD option (I don't know what it does) it's on LOD 0. In the preview window, the top has successfully been removed. - The Myla Set was a Clothing Outfit, so I changed it to Clothing Bottom and clicked Apply to all Swatches. - I changed the catalog thumbnail to differentiate it from the original (I did it on every single swatch). - I clicked Save and put my new package in the Mods folder. By the way, I'm on Mac (macOS High Sierra 10.13.4). I use S4S 1.2.1.0 Candy Apple and Blender 2.78c. Can you please help me? I'm sorry if I made any mistakes English is not my first language, I'm French. Thanks! (And for your information, it is written on the creator's website that it's allowed to recolor/retexture any of his meshes as long as the mesh is not included, but as I said it's for my personal use so I won't ever share it.)

Could you upload your .blend please so we can take a look? I think you might need to clone an EA bottom mesh - maybe just some underwear (because it only has one mesh group so it's easy to work with), and then import your .blend and then it should work. Changing CC from clothing top to clothing bottom doesn't work I'm pretty sure and it's just a much better idea to start from an EA package and import the simpliacity mesh into that. Hopefully that makes sense

You got one thing wrong for the mesh. Because it's just a bottom you can delete the top part (press TAB to go in edit mode, then hover over top parts and press L to select them, then delete). Other than that, the blend is fine. Here's a download for the updated .blend simfileshare.net/filedetails/551591/ (or you can do it yourself, up to you :P) Anyway, go on s4studio then create 3d mesh Then find the nude bottoms and clone them Then, import the updated blend for LOD1, 2, and 3. Lastly, reimport the textures and specular, shadow, normal etc if there are any. That should work, feel free to ask any other questions :D

@jwofles : Thank you very much for the blend file! I don't have the Create 3D mesh option on Sims 4 Studios : imgur.com/a/CrfH6MFinabadromance : Yes, I copied/pasted the file I didn't know. Thank you for the link!
