I'm trying to use Necrodog's HD feet as a base and when I join their mesh with my shoes to import into S4S, the shoes show up along with the texture made for them but the feet used are covered in a weird color. I check their texture and they're not using a texture for their feet; not one that I see in S4S anyway. Help? packageimages

I'm on mobile so I can't look at the package but you should check your texture. you only need to have the texture of your shoes, nothing else. and his feet are mapped just like EA's, using the same texture space. so you need to map your mesh around it without overlapping them.

The feet are missing the UV map. Try reimporting them, you may have accidentally deleted their UV map :P

Okay I fixed the feet but now my uv map for my shoes disappear when joining and importing. Do I have to weigh the items?

OKay! Fixed that and the shoes look great in S4S but now... It looks like this in game :/ Is it the weighing?

this is either a weighting or uv_1 issue. please look at this and this tutorial.

OKAY IM GETTING SOMEWHERE (lol) I weighed everything and only this one part of the foot isn't weighing right for me. When I go ingame the whole foot works, just the back of it is floating.

I don't see the whole foot, only your custom mesh expanding. please be sure to weight your mesh (vertex paint and uv_1 as well) before joining it with the feet since that is already weighted to avoid messing all that.
if you're not using 2.70 for the transfer you must do the CLEAN step explained in the weight transfer tutorial.

Ah okay! I only weighed uv_0. I shall try to weigh both now.

The feet are assigned to the right calf bone. Could that be a problem as well? I just went along with what the feet mesh came with.

As i suggested on my previous post, you should weight your mesh separately from the feet. Select your mesh in edit mode, press P and "selection" to separate it into another mesh group. Go to the data tab (where you see the weights), select all vertex groups and delete them all. Then re do the weight transfer.
After you're done with weight transfer and uv_1 for your shoes, then join them to the feet.
From the images, the feet per se don't seem to be having any problems, only the shoes. So the weight problem is with them.
If you need more assistance, please share the blend and package file.

From what I see, uv_1 needs to be re-done for the slippers. If you haven't touched the uv of the feet, separate the shoes and use this tutorial [uv]. About the weight, the whole mesh has 100% weights on b__R_Foot__ and b__L_Foot__ , it shouldn't be like this, re import the feet and follow this tutorial in your mesh (no need to separate the slippers from the feet since the weight is messed up everywhere) [weight]. The slippers miss the vertex paint, use the color 007f00 and follow the first part of this tutorial (you need only one color) [vertex]. Try to fix all of this and then test in game (remember, only for the uv_1 you need to separate the meshes, after that re-join them and follow the next tutorial, or you can left the uv_1 for last and then join again before importin in Studio).
