Hi all, I hope I'm in the right thread here but have been having trouble trying to figure out if you can and or how to fix broken mods such as clothes and hair of cc I've downloaded to use in the Sims 4. I have a few tops, dresses etc that are broken and I'm not having much luck in finding a tutorial that shows how to fix it. If this is indeed possible would someone mind attaching a link to said tutorial or explaining how. Thanks so much.

It all depends how "broken" they are.... It really mainly depends on the issue you are facing with your CC. Because clothes or hair are mostly never impacted by patches. The main problems you could have in not having the mesh from a recolor for example.

Sorry, Need to set email alerts when people reply. One of the issues i'm having is clothing and hairstyles are broken. Not all but get that red and black head with most of body missing when I try and use it. Because I have a mac I am unable to find a mac version conflict finder to fix and repair content and I don't know how to install windows on it with bootcamp or whatever that is.

MadeInOzUnfortunately the mac version doesn't have the "my CC" function. Best guess would be to hope for the creator name being written on the thumbnail in the game and see if the name is also on the package to then be able to open it and see what's wrong. The white and red texture thingy is generally due to missing content in the package. (links to original mesh broken and such) Once identified you could try simply checking the creator's webpage and redownload it check the required packages.

Orange Mittens sent me a link to basic tuning but I don't have the option to extract tuning in the mac version of candy apple so can't even try and fix it that way.
