CC problems and randon Maxis cloths in shower.

Not really sure if this is the place to post this, but I need help. I recently went thru each and every piece of CC I had (over 2k) and unmarked everything from showing up randomly. The reason I did this was, maxis has absolutely no idea how to dress a sim, even with game default clothing, much less CC. Now, on to my problem. Since I have done this, I am seeing a random top or outfit appear on my sim when showering, both CC and Maxis clothing. I'm also running very NSFW mods and when NPC sims get undressed, to make each other feel good, I'm getting the same thing. I have no idea how to fix it and I feel like I've just broke my 5th generation save. I'm hoping that starting a new game will resolve the problem, but I fear it won't. Unfortunately, like an idiot, I forgot to make a backup of my mod folder. Any help, if any, would be awesome.
