I tryed to make a Book retexture for all 3 fitness books (one new texture per book) but the problem is that this happened ingame what you see in the picture.
They were planned as Default REPLACEMENT. What it should look like ingame, is possible to see in the FILES HERE.Please help me to find the issue(s).

hi! the first is a texture resolution size issue. not sure what the problem is with the other two. is it that one is shinier?

As said by inabadromance, the texture for the first book is the wrong dimensions. It needs to be 1024 by 1024 pixels but yours is 1021 by 1022 which is what is causing the broken texure in game.
The problem with books two and three sharing the same image is that the game just uses the same texture for both books. If you want them to have different textures then you will need to change the Instance number of either the second or third book texture and then update it in all of the mesh model data to point to the new number.
