I am trying to download the Road To Fame mod but the link won't open, I click Download, and it says the server isn't responding. Please help! I have a Macbook btw.

Hey there,
I've been trying to install a mod in my game ( sims 4 ) and after watching a few tutorial on YouTube and downloading the mod from your link I still can't figure how I'm suppose to move the mod from my PC to the game. How am I suppose to do ? It seems so simple wtf am I doing wrong..
