[Solved] Importing a mesh into a recolour?

hey, I'm sick and tired of all the hairs in my game, that's only there to provide a mesh to other recolours. Is there a way for me to somehow extract the mesh only and add it to the recolour?

It is for personal use only, no uploads or anything incase someone was wondering.

I'm pretty green when it comes to sims4studio, so any explanations might need to be a tad bit more detailed.
