I make clothing in marvelous designer for this tutorial . And when I go into the game and put these clothes on the Sims, there are dark strange spots (at the bottom edge of the clothes). They are poorly visible in the photo, but in the game it looks sloppy and ugly. Please help to understand what these dark spots are and how to get rid of them... Here is an example of clothes from other creators. There are no dark spots on their clothes.

Hello! In S4Studio, under the "Texture" section, click on the "Shadow" tab. If you see some grey designs there, those are the shadows that the creator has added to their item. To clear the shadow map, click "Make Blank" and save, and they should be gone in game! Hope this helps Pic for reference: What a blank shadow map looks like:

Select the bottom of your mesh, like the under bit that closes it up, press space and type edge split and then hit enter. This will stop the game from smooth shading over that edge, and instead makes it a sharp edge and stops the ugly shadow
