The Patrician Sink from the Sims 4 base game is one of my very favorite objects. It's great looking and I use it often in my builds. A recolor of this sink was my very first Sims 4 custom content project, so it's fitting that recolors of this item are my first creation in my new S4S creator studio. How have I improved on the Patrician Sink's greatness, you ask? I've given it a set of gold-plated fittings for starters, so that it harmonizes with items like the base game's Floral Hygiene Clawfoot Tub (pictured above). Then, to make this very useful item even more useful, I've color-matched it to base game bathroom items including the Super Soaker Tub, Crystal Box Shower Stall, Double Delight built-in tub with shower and the John Toilet (pictured below). It makes a very fine alternative to the Ovum Bath Sink if you prefer a more traditionally-styled, freestanding pedestal sink to a more modern looking, cabinet-mounted one. The recolors are: - White w gold - Blue w chrome - Aqua w chrome - Yellow w chrome - Pink w chrome I hope you enjoy this item and find it as useful as I do. I'm working on decorating an American Craftsman Bungalow I made recently and I needed some prints to dress up the window wall in the kitchen. These framed crate labels worked out very well. Lithographic printing and Craftsman architecture were popular at the same time (early 1900s), so they seemed especially appropriate in my retro decorated kitchen. I liked these little prints so much, I made a whole bunch of them. The picture below shows all 15. They are all in one package and have just one frame color, but it's a dark charcoal grey (almost black) and should fit in well with most color schemes. They are cloned from the base game object "Baby Dino Nursery Art." There's a lot of them, but they are small and not high poly.

I made these walls for my Craftsman Bungalow. I was so happy with how the short wall version (pictured above) worked out, that I decided to make them in medium and tall wall heights and share them here. They are old favorites from the Sims 2 and it took a bit of fiddling with the textures to make these. They are not perfect, but you have to really look at them closely to spot the defects. As an aside, the wallpaper on these panels (and the original TS2 ones) is a real-world wallpaper pattern manufactured by Morris @ co. called "Willow." It's based on William Morris' wallpaper design "Willow Boughs." What I particularly like about these panels is how you can use the variations in the top part to create decorative framing for architectural features or artwork, mirrors and furniture. I expanded the set by creating a "high" variation and now they work better than ever. I hope you enjoy playing around with them -- they are fun to design with. The set works nicely with the new build items from Seasons and with some base game build items (Mega windows and doors) and with some build items from Get Together. The package file has the original two colors (brown wallpaper and green wallpaper) and four top section variations (right, left, high, and low) in all three wall heights. I did test the medium and tall versions and they work fine, but for simplicity's sake I have not included screenshots here. You can get a better idea of the wallpaper pattern and colors from the swatches below. #craftsman #wallpaper #paneling #ts2conversion #ts2tots4 #seasons

I would be the first person to admit I am not the Sims 4's greatest builder. I frequently find myself in a jam where I really need a one tile window centered on two tiles. Sure, I could make the area wider, or double up somehow, or use a different one... But what would really solve my problem is that window -- you know -- centered, right there in the middle, on two tiles!
I like the base game's Double Hung Window. It's simple and well-proportioned and it looks right at home in many builds. How much more useful it would be if it was available in a centered, two-tile version. I've looked and looked hard for one, but I can't find one anywhere. So I made one and I'm sharing it here with you, in case you find yourself in a little building jam where it would come in handy.
