My game worked fine until I ran the Seasons batch fix. My game wouldn't start after that. I stupidly thought that deleting the Batch Fix folder would somehow reverse the effects. After doing some research I now know that this folder is what I needed. I attempted to recover this folder with no success. Is there ANYTHING else I can do?

You can try recovering your files with programs like Recuva, but other than that there is nothing you can do. If you have an access to another computer it's better to download recovery program from it, because more you browse on your computer, more old files (deleted) get replaced with new files created by the system. Also, Studio batch fix just adds new filter tags, and adds nothing else to existing .packages, so I highly doubt that it could break a .package so it would prevent the game from starting. Did you download anything else? Any new mods?

Bummer. Do you get any error from The Sims 4? Did you check if it's running in processes? Did you try to restart a computer and origin? I once had a situation when TS4 didn't want to start for 20 min. Restarting computer solved that right away.

A message pops up from my computer saying it can't open because there's some files damaged or missing. I have restarted my computer many times and I even reinstalled it and repaired it in Origin and nothing worked. I'm not actually sure what "running in processes" means sorry lol. Also I assumed the batch fix was the problem because, all mods and cc work and allow the game to open except clothing and other items that are worn.

I hope this wasn't a big waste of time for you. I'm so sorry :(

bbishop, things happen. Glad you figured out what was causing that problem.
