So, I was revisiting my Functional Spell Book because I found a new problem with it. The gist of the mod was giving the spell book stand from Vampires the interactions of a podium and re-naming the interactions. I was able to get every separate interaction to be unique to the spell book (no other podium has the interactions that my spell book does), but when a sim is able to perform multiple speeches, the pie menu that shows up for both the spell book and regular podiums come up with the interaction I made specifically for the spell book. I saw that the pie menu tuning that I extracted still had it's original name, so I figured that I could change the name and copy the new Tuning ID and paste it into every instance where the original pie menu tuning ID is used in any of the other tuning interactions I extracted. However, when I do that and launch the game, not only do other podiums still have the "Choose Incantation" pie menu option available but also my spell book is unusable no matter how many times you click it! I'm not sure what step I'm missing or if I need to extract more tuning files I'm unaware of? Any suggestions would be super helpful.

i think what's going on is that you are not doing the sim-data for your new pie menu,so if that's the case here is what you should be doing. 1. you need to rename and renumber your "pie menu category" 2. now copy that name and go to the sim-data XML and paste it on the name part 3. now go back to your new "pie menu category" and copy the "instance" 4. and then paste it in the sim-data 'instance" this should connect the "pie menu category" and sim-data to each other 5.now in pie menu category XML replace the text with yours 6.and do the same with the sim-data as they need to reflect each other
