Error Message: Unable to Load DLL

So evidently since I haven't posted enough here, I can't ask for help on the thread dedicated to error reports and what not. I have to admit that I can't see the logic in that, but anyway since updating to the newest version, I can't select any of my cc. Studio opens up just fine, I select my cc, it opens up the new view, I try and to select something and I get this:

I read through the troubleshoot instructions, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the documents folder, repaired the game through Origin, even tried to repair the netFramework and nothing. I get the same thing every time. I scanned through the error report pages to see if I saw anyone reporting the same thing but did not see anything. So any help with figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.
