What means "will not open"? Do you get an error message ? does it try to open forever ? Do you see an active process ? Do you get any window from S4S ?
More details please

I finally got S4S to work for me. It WAS my anti-virus program. Norton told me that new programs have something to do with the number of downloads on an item. I followed their instructions and now it works perfectly. I have always used S4S so I was familiar with it. Thanks for tolerating me guys. When a program is new, newbies tend to freak out! Sorry.
