Hey, I tried to follow a tutorial (http://sims4studio.com/thread/7044/finish-marvelous-designer-clothing-tutorial?page=1) but got stuck in the step where I have to put my MD mesh after deleting some body parts. I deleted as much as I could, but I don't have enough space for my mesh. ibb.co/cwbYpy (I added a picture) I hope you can help me

hi! that's basically what every creator has to deal with. you'll have to squeeze the uv on the corner. there's not really much else.

Which corner do you mean? Sorry, if it is a stupid question, I am new to making cc.

By the way, you can scale the UV down to fit in other places (e.g between the arms). Press L to select a UV island and then press S to scale. The consequence of this is lower texture resolution.
Also just to let you know that if you put the whole UV in the bottom right it might have texture conflicts with other items that use that extra space.
