Trouble Importing Mesh from Blender into S4S

Hi all I am a severe beginner when it comes to Blender. I have been trying to take a mesh of a roman bust I downloaded from sketchfab and put it into my game. After hours of trial and error it seemed that I was finally doing something right and I tried to Import the mesh and after 5 minutes of it loading I cancelled it. Now when ever I try to import a mesh I am given this  Studio is unable to access: C:/ProgramData/S4Studio/scripys/objectexporter.py because it is being used by another program: blender . I then closed my Blender program and tried again but everytime I do it now even with other meshes I kept getting this.
