For the purpose of animating/posing, I wanted to convert a Base Game chair into a CAS accessory. This is so that I can make animations in which the chair moves back/forward/flips over. (Which is made possible with the help of this video by BROKENSims: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5quA-4zZJw>) So, I set out to turn it into a CAS accessory using this tutorial: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dKW-Gar2rXE>. I created an accessory as socks and as a hat. Below are the results of that.
As socks:
As Hat: If making the accessory into a sock, it colors the feet the texture of the chair. Equipping shoes results in the chair turning into the texture of the shoes. You can see in the photos that the chair looks okay on a male figure. The only problem is the texture.
If making a hat, it works fine for female sims, but it becomes small and stuck in the body of males. Given that I mainly want this to be an item males can use, this won't do.
No matter how many times I start over on the project and follow the above tutorial exactly, that chair doesn't look as it should on males. I need help with fixing this issue. Or, if it would be easier to fix the texture issue in the socks version, that would be good too. Whichever project is better to work with.
Some info: I'm using "Wishes," version 3.1.1.8 The chair mesh is bound to b__ROOT_bind__. It does move with the sim successfully, but perhaps I should bind it elsewhere?
If you need to look at the package files, I can post them. Let me know.
Thanks :)

Oh! That's not the latest version of Wishes. I'll update it first and report back.
EDIT: It works! Sweet. Sorry to waste anyone's time. It's hard to keep up on S4S updates, but I really really should. Updating fixed the problem.
