That is not my first language, so please let me know if it cant be understood.
So, i was using as guide those tutorials:

But im having a problem were the clothe texture is appearing on the skin
To get to that texture i baked, just as said in the tutorial.
The mesh is original, made on marvelous, but i did some changes to it on blender.

this is because of where it's placed on the UV map. while this is the best place you could possibily put it, there are going to be some obvious issues when you place it on the nude sim's uv. you can try sizing it down a little bit on both the X and Y axis to see if you can pinch it just a little bit so the texture won't show up on the sim's body. or you can refer to this uv template and see if it helps you any.

I just pulled and sized down the uv so the skin uv wont be above the clothe texture.
