Hi all! I'm working on an interactive Sandcastle cloned from the Snowpal in Seasons and I'm running into a couple of issues. This is the first custom interactive object I've ever made, so please bear with me! The first thing I'm trying to get rid of is the white snow cover gradient on both the sand pile and the sand castle itself. I've checked the "does not recieve snow" buttons for both in Studio, but it's still visible. I'm assuming it's some sort of shader data that's tacked onto the meshes but I'm not certain. Secondly, I'm not sure how to go about making custom buffs. Because at the moment, a Sim receives a Snowpal buff after they finish building the Sandcastle. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate that. Lastly, I'm trying to figure out why the Sandcastle disappears when a player re-enters a lot after going into Manage worlds or exiting the game. I'm going to double check my tuning files to see if I disabled anything by accident but please let me know if you know what's causing the issue. Thank you so much! Any and all help is appreciated tons. Package files are here if you'd like to check it out: simfileshare.net/folder/38255/

Okay. I took a look at your files to see if I could figure anything out but all I managed to do was make things worse. My messing around resulted in a glowing red sand lump that looked like it was pulsating. So not exactly the look you were going for. All I did was change the shader from the string of numbers that it currently has, to the Phong shader.
I honestly think that the snow on the objects is due to the shader and Studio hasn't been updated to recognise the new Seasons shaders and snow related stuff yet. Hopefully that will come soon.
As for the other issues, I know I won't be able to help with those I'm afraid. Sorry.
