Tried to find how to do this but I think am too new to actually find terminology kinda, so, I managed to setup all, I edited the mesh a bit in Blender, it saved properly.
But my edited package does not seem to save RLE files in itself, the swatches are there, and mesh shows good etc, but only while the original package (one I edited from), is also in game. I figured I can import rle files with package manager and then it works, but I am sure there has to be a really simple way within ts4s.
Completely aware this is really basic, I looked in FAQ too, am sure I missed it > <

*removed the link unnecessary
Well same happens to around all 5 package files I modified (mesh only), so idk if these will help, but here it is. Basically all I do is, choose the CC I want to modify with shift+click to select all swatches, then export mesh to blender, edit and import back. Tried through a few CAS options of main menu of ts4s.

You will see all recolors in the game if you put original mesh in your mods folder. If you are modifying the mesh for your own use you can import your custom mesh in original .package made by creator. If you are modifying it to share with community... according to creator's TOU she doesn't allow this. What is your goal with this file?

Modifying for my use, you can remove the link I just posted as asked, I know moders do not want their files shared. Yes I do see all recolors when I put my new mesh as separate package, together with original package, both being at the same time in game as separate CAS's, but basically once i use import button on my modified blender file and save, image files are not saved, but swatches are.
