Hello there! I just converted a dress and i'm having problems with the weights. I mean, the dress moves correctly with the sim but the leg parts are stretching out a little bit and I can't figure out, how I can optimize the weights so it will move correctly. Also tried to use some of the game dresses as a reference, transfered the weights from them to my mesh but the result was the same. Providing blend and package as always blend: simfil.es/638959/packagefile: simfil.es/638958/Thanks in advance

Hi! I'm seeing the package first and right out the bat i can tell you that you cloned the wrong item. You're working with a full outfit, that's what you should clone instead of a nude top. Clone the lingerie base game outfit, export the mesh and use that as reference. I suggest re doing all weights (delete all bones beforehand) and uv_1 from your mesh accordingly. Also, i suggest you bake your own texture to add detail and depth to your mesh since the texture looks quite flat. It's a nice dress so it'd make it look very pretty. Please read THIS TUTORIAL and THIS ONE for shadow baking, just as important.

Oh that actually makes sense, thanks for that tip! I always thought I'd be better cloning the nude top/bottom instead of the lingerie ones. I'll try that out, thank you!!
