Is there a way of processing these part flags in a batch or is each individual package need manually ticking to avoid Feminine clothes appearing in Masculine grid. Thanks

Well, the in game filter "feminine" and "masculine" are here for that.
But if your CC has no tag at all indeed it is not gonna work for those.
And to answer, we have a batch fix to allow CC for all genders but not one that allows you to select what you want for male or female.
So you have to do it manually.

Just a reply to say thanks for the reply (been busy in the last few days and so hadn't seen your reply until now) - I thought that is the case - well at least I have Sims 4 Studio to make it less painful! I'll put it to the suggestions.
