For WickedWoohoo/Whims you need to visit the correct website as this mod as far as i know isn't supported on this website, however your second lastexception seems like a custom career you've added or made yourself isn't functing correctly, but thats the only thing i can see in there.

So did you recently add a custom career? Or did you make your own? Only problem i could think off is that you have forgotten to put Neia_Careers_Commons.package in career folder. But if this is not the case, i have no clue what the actual problem could be.
