I noticed that there are some new categories like Nose Color, Eye Color Secondary. They don't seem to work, like the CC just disappears in game. I'm confused, do these not work?

I am not certain, but I think those categories are intended or are going to be for pets. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Sims 4 Studio doesn't seem to have an acne category. Does anyone know if it will be added in?

has that category been added in game? if not, no. categories aren't made up, the information gets added from the game's code.

acne is a skin detail I believe.

The acne category is in the parenthood expansion, so it is in the game just in skin detail.
