Hi! I am new to creating for sims in blender and for some reason I can't find any information on how to size items correctly in blender for sims 4. Is the only way to export EA meshes, then upload to blender to use for reference? I would love if there was a guide or template somewhere because I like making items from scratch but stuck on this one problem! Thanks for any help!

I believe one Sims 4 tile equals one Blender unit. I exported a counter mesh to test, selected it in Object Mode, and it shows a dimension of 1.00003 across. For comparison, the default cube displayed in Blender is 2x2 Blender units.
According to the Sims 4 forum one tile is around one square meter or maybe 30 square inches. Hope that helps.

Best way I know is to export your original mesh as .obj file. Open similar size object in S4S, export as blender file. Open this new blender file, import the .obj file and resize to what you want, then delete the "size test object" from the blender file and update cut numbers and save or export out as .obj
