No Create 3D Mesh on my CAS section & no build section!

I downloaded Sims 4 Studio 1.2.1.6 Candy Apple on Mac and it doesn't have the option to Create 3D Mesh under the CAS section AND I have no build section at all.
So under CAS it just says:
-Create standalone mesh
-Add CAS Part Swatch
-Override
and there is no BUILD section at all.
I've tried re downloading it! What do I do??
