So here is the issue : a friend of mine is getting into posing and I have been doing my best to guide her through it but I am still in the moderate level of knowledge and so sometimes I also run into issues I just can't explain lol. This is one of those issues.
What we have is a pose of three rigs, a cat , large dog, a sim.
In blender her pose seems correct. All the rigs have the same 'home base point' so that the teleporter can be stacked properly and everything is locroc properly i've included the blender files for all three rigs together as well as individually.
Blender file of all three rigs in one blender
Sim
Cat
Dog ( the culprit)
Now lets discuss some issues we had with the pose. At first her cat rig's 'home base point' was moved, she had moved the rig in object mode instead of pose mode and the teleport function didn't work properly so her cat was out of alignment to the pose. I corrected this issue, and the cat thus worked properly in game. But the dog, whose position in blender was NOT incorrect at all, seemed to not want to pose properly in her game or mine. I took it back to blender, gave it another look, it still all seemed to be fine, i locroced it again and resaved the dog as a solo pose who had no other rig files attached to it at anytime. I put this package file in my game and it worked!
However, when she tests it in her game gets this
the package file we are both testing is the one I did , I made sure they were locroced before separating and after separating.. its working in my game but not in hers. she has removed all mods from her folder but the teleporter and the pose package file that is working in mine. Here is the package file we are using.
Cuddle Couch Pose
So I'd like to get some testers for this pose and tell me which result you get, the pose I have on my screen shot here it is working or the pose on her screen shot where the dog is out of wack. If anyone sees something in these blender files that is wrong with the dog or might lead to this inconsistent posing please let me know. I have changed the file name of the pose pack she had previously used, so there were no overwrite issues where she was using an older version of the dog's pose that was inaccurate.
appreciate the help ahead of time.
