So I was converting Kaneki's Kagune from MMD to TS4 for personal use, I have converted the shorter Kagune and assigned it to b__Spine2__ and it works great in game, no problem, then I did the same for this Kagune so the whole thing is red in Weight Paint mode, and for the other vertex groups its completely blue, this is how it appears in Studio: Here is the Weight Paint color for b__Spine2__ and the rest of the Vertex groups for which the colors are all 100% blue And this is how it appears in game: Both .blend and .package files: Deleted I'm using Blender 2.76 and I didn't transfer weights, I just assigned the whole thing to b__Spine2__ like I did with the shorter Kagune which doesn't do this and saved the .blend file then imported it to the reference mesh .package file, I don't know much about vertex groups and I didn't assign it to anything else but b__Spine2__ before I put the .package in my Mods folder. Then when I exported it after seeing the result in game I see 4 other vertex groups in Blender. Any help is highly appreciated, please help this noob out.

hi! I can't see the files right now. delete all bones and only add spine 2. re select and assign again the bone to the mesh.
in not sure about this but maybe it's a limitation of the game because it's too big? I suggest doing what I mention above. test it in game. if it's still having issues, the resize it smaller and see if the size is the problem.
btw, do you have any uv_1 or any other uv on the list? vertex paint?

inabadromance I have actually tried cleaning and everything else, tried cloning a different object like a bracelet instead of hats, deleting all bones and re-assigning again even to different bones like spine1, it's not working. So is there actually a limitation to how big an accessory mesh can be? Could it be a Blender problem? Should I try using Blender 2.70 instead? It would be great if you could give the files a look since I know from seeing a lot of posts regarding weights that you know a lot about this and I'm just a clueless beginner. Under UV Maps there is only a uv_0.

OH MY GOD. Hey it WAS in fact a size problem, wow I really had no idea that TS4 had a size limit. Thank you so much for your help! :D I was kinda hoping you would find this anyway. 8D
