You have to upload it for example on dropbox/google drive and then share the link.

I've checked the mesh. If you want to use it as a bottom, you need to add the missing parts of the body (thighs and pelvis) and then change the position of the uvs and weights. If you want it to make it work with boots you also have to subdivide the mesh accordingly to the sim model (the leg is usually subdivided in three parts in the calf area). Here I've cloned the mesh of the basic man underwear and joined your mesh with the thighs section. But when you import in S4S the texture overlaps (due to the old position of the pants), so you need to change the position of uv_0 (the most preferable area is the extra bottom that you can see [here], it's the one coloured blue in as the bottom but with no sim body lines) and move the texture on the new position. If you want them to be accessories (for example gloves), you have to clone a pair of gloves, export their mesh, in blender import your jeans mesh and then join it with the gloves one and then import in S4S. In this way you can use them with underwear, nude bottom, leggings, or any other bottom that is skintight. In any case, you still have to edit the uv_0 for the texture as I explained above, the weights [tutorial] and the uv_1 [tutorial] to avoid deformation with animations and body morph.

yes i want them as accessories. They already were set on the middle ring finger that was how the origanal mesh was set. I just kept it the same and just squished them lower thinking it would work but i see it wont lol. Just so much to learn and im just no good at remembering how to do this kind of stuff. I get what you mean about moving the uv i did that befor on somthing else if i can remember how to do it but i just never got on with the weights just couldnt figure it even with the tutorial. I will have another look at it tomorrow and see if i can figure anything out. Thanks again for the help Best wishes Steve ;-)
