Helloo.. Now i have a big problem, i just got the sims 4 get famous and now the game is crashing. It freezes on the sims4 screen when u start the game, it just freezes. I first thought that its the cc´s fault so i removed it from my folder but the game continues to freeze on the same spot. I read on the EA help that someone else is having the same problem and that i need to send EA a DXdiag, so i followed the instructions and yeah.. sent it. Now i dont know if someone even will answer so thats why im trying to get help here. I have "repaired" the game on origin and updated it but nothing helps.

If it's not working without CC then EA answers headquarters is your only option. This is mainly for sims 4 studio related CC.
I will give a few suggestions though... make sure to give them their dxdiag and check the windows event viewer and tell them what error code comes up for that...if you're super comfortable and desperate enough you could try rolling your video card drivers back to a version that you remember the sims 4 working correctly with, but that's about all that can be done.

EA support forum is really good, they will surely help you fix the problem with more insight in the issues.
