Hello friends, i have a problem with sims 4 studio. So i was used to the way sims 4 studio cuts the meshes along the UV shells, i found that double importing the mesh would make the app import my own normals and cuts. But now i have this issue with a geometry state object (washing machine) in which the workaround doesn't work. It keeps cutting the mesh along the UV Shell lines, which is super annoying. is there a way to fix this? EDIT: and yes, i cannot re arrange the UV map for the control panel especially, it's not together with the rest for a reason, which is having more pixels available for more HD writings

Have you removed doubles in those parts to remove the seam? Please share the .blend and .package so we can take a look.

The picture that says "My Normals" is my finished mesh, right before importing in sims 4 studio. The mesh that says S4S Normals is my mesh after i exported it back to blender from sims4studio. That is the after effect of importing a mesh in sims 4 studio. It doens't take into consideration custom normals, it just cuts around UV shells.

Please share the .blend and .package so we can take a look. Please do what Mathcope asked for. There is no way to tell by the picture what went wrong.

I understood the first time. But again I cannot replicate the issue if you insist in not sharing the files. I don't experience these issue myself.
