So, i'm making my old OC Aranea in the Sims 4, i'm still waiting for her hair to be finished (Nobody has helped yet ,..) and i already made her dress, but the dress i made is a flat and ugly recolor that has a weird shadow that looks like a tan line, and i don't like it. Here's a reference image of her: I'd like the dress to be maxis match, and available for Everyday, Formal, Athletic, Party, Hot Weather, and Cold Weather. The fur at the top goes all around her back, and i'd like the orange ball next to the belt to be changed into a black ribbon. (Also, if someone can make her daggers, that would be awesome.)

I think waiting almost two years for one easy cc item is a bit extreme, so that's why i'm all moody

It is not in any way extreme for a request to NEVER be fulfilled. No one is entitled to have someone make them something just because they asked for it here. It's a place where people can make requests and hope that someone like the idea or finds it an interesting challenge. (The one request I've made here myself was never replied to at all, and that's completely normal and okay -- it means that none of the people who saw my post were both capable of filling it and interested in filling it.) In fact, of those requests made here that do result in someone being given a link to the thing they asked for, many are actually 'oh, that already exists, here's a link' or 'I'm working on that already, I'll let you know when I'm done' followed by 'it's done now, here's a link'.
Those things that are made just because someone asked are usually clear, straightforward requests for things that people can easily tell whether they've got the skills to make. This specific request only includes a single 2d view of a character who is drawn in a way that is very stylistically different from the relatively realistic bodies of TS4 Sims. For someone to turn that into a 3d piece of TS4 custom content, whether new mesh or recolor, would either require a lot of guesswork (and asking you if they'd guessed right) or more visuals to work from, and because the character is an OC, you are the only source of those visuals; Google can't help. You say you made a recolor but weren't happy with your own skill. Why not include a picture of the recolor, a link to the package file, a link to the mesh you recolored, etc.? The more of the work someone can do themselves, even if none of it is actually part of the CC creation process, the better. (For example, a recent request that got filled was for someone to convert an existing 3d model, which the person making the request linked, into a functioning TS4 object.)
(Also, I'll tell you right now that I probably do not have the skills to make what you want, so it's not me you'd be trying to convince.)
