Please someone help me, I'm creating a wall light in letter form, I followed a tutorial in which I could replace my mesh with an EA mesh. I did it and it worked out however, I can not take the shadow of the previous mesh. I searched and saw a tutorial explaining however even doing the same steps and deleting it in the blender, yet when I import in sims4studio remains the same. Someone help me.
MOD EDIT: Per the forum rules.

Can you link which tutorial you were following and add a few screenshots? That will help trying to figure out what happened.

We are talking about different shadows here. The shadow PLANE, which is part of your mesh groups cannot be deleted. As you object is not squareish or round you can hide it inside the mesh to remove it. To do this please follow THIS tutorial. (after step 17) The shadow LOD is composed by the same mesh of your LOD (you can also remove some detail) and it creates the shadows casted outside by the sun. The shadow LOD doesn't modify the Shadow PLANE which is part of your main LOD. That's why you're not seeing any changes. You must go into your LOD0, export to blender. Select the group of the plane and shrink it down, hide it inside the mesh and import back.

I can not believe it, thank you very much! Just have a question, is there any tutorial that I can change the lighting to look like candlelight?

Mel Ghun No problem! Glad that you could work it out. There's a tutorial HERE on how to create a candle effect. This works for any object. (Although I'm not sure if this is what you mean by candlelight, or a more neon effect). There's also a tutorial HERE on how to "vertex paint" your mesh. This is what controls the parts of the mesh where the light is applied, you most likely need to edit it too to make it work properly.

Actually I was lucky and the light worked well, but I wanted it with a more magical tone. You are very helpful and helped me a lot.
