I work on this so long now and I can´t give up to throw that in the trash. Okay I changed the mesh, delete the old weight and add a clean new weight. I can´t help by myself to solve this freaking issue. I looked at the uv´s and the weight but I can´t find any issue. Can anybody help or can link me in the right direction? Thank you so much! Here is a picture from ingame:

Could be one of several issues- - Weights are broken -> delete all the weights and retransfer making sure you follow all steps correctly. - You moved the arms using the rig/armature in blender -> Select the rig in blender and clear transform - Arm slot rays are broken -> start from a new package and import blend and texture
I think it may be the last one, but I (and nobody else) can tell without you sharing your .blend and .package files. My suggestion is to try making a fresh package and reimporting your stuff, and if it's still broken come back and share the files so we can have a closer look.

Okay I fixed it now I started with a new package and edit the mesh part. Pullovers have 3 mesh parts and the one was not correct in the area where I had the issue. Now it works and I´m happy to upload it soon, thank you jwofles for your help. If you reduce the size of the mesh parts that you do not need for this object but you need a necessary amount of mesh parts you can hide it in the mesh itself, this will not work for clothes.
