Please help, I get this error message when trying to import or export Mesh on sims4studio:

I also noticed that when I was working in Blender I didn't have the option sims4studio CAS Tools (But I know I need this but also have no idea how to get it on my blender )
I was also able to export the full body mesh (I used a swimsuit as I'm making a dress) and somehow I was able to export that? Oh and I was also able to export a dress for the uv_1 without problem and then when I was fully done I noticed the Sims4Studio CAS Tools was gone and then I noticed I kept getting the error message on Sims4Studio whenever I try to export or import Mesh???
If anyone wants to know I use blender 2.70 like it says I need on Sims4Studio (And I'm pretty sure that's also what I was using on my old computer.) (I've also tried reinstalling Blender 2.70 but that didn't help?)
This was the first time I tried making new cc on my new laptop, previously I had always been making them on my computer without any problems.
(Please help, I really want to be able to make cc again as I love doing that!)
