Question about tags and the "Apply To All Swatches" button

Hello,

I'm working on a group of single to toddler bed conversions. My question is if I edit the tags in the tag editor of the warehouse view then switch back to studio view and click the "Apply to All Swatches" will it also apply the tags that I can't access through this interface like the toddler tags? If it doesn't apply those toddler tags is it possible for those tags to be added to the studio interface?
