You can not have more than one texture slot per model. You need to arrange all uv maps on one uv map. Size of this uv map can be 128x128, 512x512, 1024x1024. This is how the game coded, and there is no workaround to trick it recognizing more than 1 texture slot.
Also, it's not really helpful sharing .3ds file because not everyone has .3ds importing utility installed in Blender, and in general sharing a file that requires importing instead of just opening and checking it. In the future I suggest sharing .blend.

People use different versions of blender. Anyway, when you share the file, you share your project which is mainly done in Blender before importing in Studio.
On a screenshot with bathtubs those textures are not assigned to additional slots, they are a different object states. Blue one is for water, gray one is a dirt map, bathtub itself has only one texture. The second object was cloned from another object that consists of 2 groups. If your object is a decorative item and you want to have 2 uv maps (2 groups), you need to find a deco item that has 2 groups. I can not suggest anything since I rarely work with objects. But anyway, if you see 5 "textures" in Studio, those textures are diffuse, bump map, specular, dirt map. snow map. If you meant that you are looking for the way to add texture slots for normal map, specular and diffuse you still need to find an object that has all those textures.

Thank you, so this means i cant add this 3 textures on one model? Because this is a Stool and there no stools with 3 textures

You can if EA model has these textures in the file. Normal map should be in grayscale, like here. See tutorial how to make it that way. Purple one will not work in the game. You really need to go over our tutorial section. I guess this tutorial will be educative enough to figure out how to make your object work. Edit. Just noticed that you were asking about a stool. sitBarstool_EP06NB_set2 from EP Get Famous has normal map and specular. I am pretty sure there are another stools that have needed textures.
