You can move the arms of the Sim body in Blender and use that as an Avatar in MD. The model that comes with Studio when you export a .blend file is rigged (rig also included), so you can easily pose it and export the mesh. There's a tutorial HERE on how to do that. In the case of your mesh, if you don't include arms in the mesh of the full lenght outfit then they won't show up in the game or Studio.

I use S4 CAS Tools I only know how to export and import mesh in blender that only. I am asking is there is any way.

wcoller This forum is to discuss Sims 4 Studio, if you use another tool (and ignore the tutorial I just linked on how to do it with Studio), we cannot help you here. Better to ask where you got the tool...
