Update 1: Link to package file: www.mediafire.com/file/mw1rp31xt7v38ba/srr.package/fileHello, Recently I have decided to make a custom family photo of Sims 4 using the sims 4 studio. I made the two sims pose (I dont own these pose) before taking a picture using the screenshot (because using the Sims camera through the Object didn't allow me to adjust the height, let alone, give me a HD quality photo I expect from it). This is the original photo: Because the photo was pixelated while I drag the image into the photoshop, I have to set the resolution as shown below: According to the Youtube video, by right, after using Adobe Photoshop within the Sims 4 game, the object should look like this: However, when I load the game and place the photo frame on the table, the picture ended up like this: I thought maybe the studio isn't table photoframe friendly, so I tried doing it on the bigger picture, the portrait painting. It was suppose to look like this: Unfortunately, it ended up like this: Is this a possible bug within the Sims 4 studio? I hope this bug can be fix as soon as possible. Thanks for any responses. :-D

hi! please share the package file so someone can take a look.
how are you saving the textures? dds dxt 5 with no alpha (I'm assuming this one doesn't have an alpha layer) with mipmaps checked? remember that the resolution should be a power of 2. example: 256, 512, 1024. those are the sizes you should be sticking to.

As mentioned above, there's specific resolution ratios that you MUST stick to or you're going to have the issues you're currently facing. This is your image's resolution. This doesn't work in game. If you're going to enlarge any texture you should do it proportionally, example by 50%. You don't edit "resolution" which was pointed in red on the first screens. You open the original texture, go to resize and change pixels to percentage locking both with a lock. You can read about it here: www.photoshopessentials.com/essentials/image-resizing/. Then you add the photography. This also applies to your picture, it should be resized proportionally so that the height isn't stretched. edit: oopsie daisy Feyona ❤😹

Inabadromance already gave you a tip what could be wrong. Your texture is incorrect size, it is 1248x2492. Create a proper size texture and you will be all set. Upd. inabadromance beat me )).
