I'm trying to convert a TS3 wall set to TS4 I realized that just to recolor one wall from a set in just one EA color palette requires literally hundreds of images. This set is basically paint w/ various types of panels and moulding. Essentially for each type of panel I need to have 3 images (small/med/large wall textures) for each color, and I was originally going to recolor these in 3 maxis match palettes for a total of about 70 colors, which is around 200+ images alone for just one wall panel, keep in mind with all the variations in paneling there are about 40 total combinations. You get the gist of how many images this is, and luckily Photoshop has a good batch editing process. My only problem now is that AFAIK S4S does not. I knew this would be a challenge from the start because TS3 had Create a Style, removing the need for any of this. However I have to manually import hundreds of images for one wall. AFAIK S4S does not have a batch import feature for diffuse images, meaning that for every color swatch I have to import each small/medium/tall image one at a time, which is literally taking hours to do. Does anyone have tips for making this go faster or is there something in S4S that I'm not using to help out with this very tedious task?
