Title says it all. I'm not exactly sure why this is happening, never had this issue before. I even got the latest version and it's still not working. I'm not exactly sure if it's because I don't have the latest update for The Sims 4, or if it's because it's my Sims game path is on an external hard drive, or if it's another issue. Feel like I'm the only person with this issue because so far I haven't seen anyone else have a problem like this. Please help, thank you.

Since your Sims 4 folder is on an external hard drive, you need to manually adjust the path so S4S knows where to look for, to find the models. To do that click on the "Settings" tab, and find the "Sims 4 Path" setting and change it to where your current Sims 4 folder is.

Okay, I got it to work now. Thank you! It was also the fact that I set the path to where the game folder is, and not the entire Sims 4 folder itself.
Thanks, again!
