Hello, new here. I'm trying to make a film with the sims 4. I have one 2-D image I want to cover every single object/wall/floor with with as a texture. I'm not particularly concerned with preserving non-glitchy gameplay, seamless pattern, or continuity, in fact if this happens it would be even better as. (Think wonky surrealist animation memes.) I would also be interested to figure out how to do the same with clothing but it's not necessary. I know some basic python and I would prefer to avoid using blender. Basically: How could I override the defaults so that there is just one single image reference for everything/as much as everything as possible?

hi! um that's a very big project. there isn't any "simple" way of doing that. each object is linked with a specific texture and those textures all have different ids. some (a very minuscule amount) might have matching textures but most not. so... you'd have to clone all items on game or the ones you want to have the most using the override option and import the texture you want on the first swatch. I don't know python so...I'm not really sure if you can really do anything with that.. since one way or another you need to edit each item individually.
