Modding Request: 'Ask to take Pregnancy Test' Interaction

I'd like to have the option to ask an NPC to take a pregnancy test, which then pushes that NPC to go take the test. I realise that I can check if an NPC is pregnant with MCCC but its not quite the same as seeing the confetti when they take the test.

I have no knowledge of modding so I have no idea how complex a mod like this would be to create.
