Hello!
I'm having a problem recolouring Island Living's beach towels. If I just place a new texture on an already existing model everything works well, but if I create a new model and add the texture, this won't show up in game. To be more precise, it shows up but with the wrong design. I hope it's clear enough. In case, let me know if you need further explanations.
Thank you in advance for your help.

First of all, the mesh is not visible in S4Studio, so I'll show you how it looks like in game hoping you'll understand. When I add a new swatch and set a new diffuse map on it, when I use it in game, the shown texture won't change. As you see in the photo, every swatch shows the same wrong design, though in S4Studio everything seems correct. This doesn't happen if I take an already existing swatch (one of EA's swatches) and replace the diffuse map with my design. In this case, everything works fine. So, basically, I'm not able to create new swatches: when I do, even though I replace the diffuse map, in game it will always show the original diffuse map. I'm using 3.1.2.5 (Wishes) for Windows. (Sorry if this might not be super clear, English isn't my mothertongue and it's quite difficult to explain this issue even with images)

The last version is 3.1.2.6. This version was the first one after patch, always check if there are any updates. Often the first version after patch has some bugs that are fixed with the next update. Redo your file with the last version.

Redo your file with the last version. I've tried with the newest version of S4Studio, but unfortunately this didn't fix the problem.

Did you check warehouse to make sure your prototype id is different than the original? Whenever I have issues like this that is usually the culprit

Did you check warehouse to make sure your prototype id is different than the original? Whenever I have issues like this that is usually the culprit It's not an ID problem because both the original and recolored versions show up in game. It's a problem of the diffuse maps of the recolored version. Thank you for answering, by the way! I still haven't solved this problem.
