Select the UV, press L to select linked, press S and scale it down. If this is from Marvelous Designer, make sure you have the "scale" set to metres (m) when exporting.

and if you are using MD 8, make sure to do this step before exporting the mesh

The pic is too small for me to see whats written on it (maybe from mobile) but you need to transfer a uv_1 map 2:37 - 3:24

LOL I keep running into problems with this mesh it doesn't work with sliders it's perfect in sims 4 studio LINK TO PICTURES: imgur.com/a/yQTpkJTWhen I try to make the thighs wider it makes the arms wider instead sorry for all the questions and problems [SOLVED]

It seems that you shrank the uvs which should not be done Clone any shorts, export the mesh, open its blend, and check what its uv_1 map looks like to understand what i mean.
