You can possibly lower down the rigs on the Rigs/Slot tab. I did it once with the aqua-zip and it worked.

I lowered the rigs and it works fine for me. I changed the Z value of the b__ROOT__ (the first one) from 0 to -0.45 and all the other rigs followed. I also made a new package for it because your package had this stretched out vertex and confusing rig positions. I suggest changing the value of b__ROOT__ first and then work from it.
